UNC Law School`s clinical programs allow second- and third-year law students to help low-income North Carolina residents resolve their legal problems. UNC Law`s Volunteer Income Tax Assistance (VITA) student organization provides free tax assistance to low- and middle-income taxpayers in Chapel Hill and Carrboro, North Carolina. You can make an appointment to meet with a law student in February, March or April.
