In 2020, the program placed 38 employees in law firms, corporate legal departments, nonprofits, and state and federal judges. Houston Bar Association (HBA) Minority Opportunities in the Legal Profession (MOILP) For more than 20 years, Houston law firms, corporations, and courts have supported this program by hiring first-year law students from historically underrepresented ethnic, racial, and LGBTQ+ groups.
