Prior to joining Burgher Gray, Gill was employed at RGP, a global management consulting firm, where she served as National Director of Business Development for the structuring of consulting contracts. She also spent more than six years at Thomson Reuters in legal and commercial roles, first as Vice President and Senior General Counsel for Global Accounts, focusing on complex market data and intellectual property licensing activities, and then as Head of Strategy for the Global Finance and Risk Channel. Prior to Thomson Reuters, she served as Assistant General Counsel at Horizon Healthcare Services Inc., where she focused on large technology and intellectual property licensing companies. Earlier in her career, Crosson was an examiner in family court in Suffolk County. In this capacity, she has heard child support and spousal support cases. She was also General Counsel for the Interest on Lawyer Account Fund and a partner at Whiteman Osterman & Hanna in Albany, where she represented large corporations, non-profit organizations and business associations before the New York State Legislature. She also served as chief legal assistant to Associate Judge Joseph W. Bellacosa of the New York Court of Appeals at Albany. She began her legal career as a partner in corporate law and mergers and acquisitions, most recently at Sidley Austin in New York. She has also been an associate professor at CUNY and St.

Joseph`s College. A graduate of Fordham Law School, she currently serves on the Board of Directors of the Fordham Law Alumni Association and is the founder and president of the school`s affinity group, Alumni Attorneys of Color. Crosson came to Fordham from Stony Brook University, where she was vice president of government and community affairs. An experienced lawyer, she previously served as General Counsel at Long Island University and has extensive experience in government affairs and the judiciary. Brenda L. Gill is Assistant General Counsel at Sandata Technologies LLC. She joined the firm in September 2018 from Burgher Gray, where she founded the firm`s technology and intellectual property practice. She has over 23 years of business and legal experience, having worked in large commercial law firms, as a trusted legal and internal management consultant, and in various roles as Managing Director. She brings her unique blend of experience to her clients to solve complex business and legal challenges with strategic simplicity. She has represented clients in numerous commercial and corporate transactions, with a focus on information technology, data analytics, intellectual property licensing and large outsourcing transactions. She has also provided legal advice and advice on numerous mergers, acquisitions, divestitures and leveraged buyouts with public and private companies, from both a law firm and corporate perspective. Crosson, J.D., was appointed General Counsel of Fordham University, effective August 31, 2015. She succeeds Thomas E. DeJulio, who is leaving Fordham after more than 42 years of service. Garcia is responsible for registration, processing subpoenas and other document requests, invoice processing, purchasing, budgeting and other administrative support services. Prior to joining the university, Ms. Garcia worked as a paralegal at a New York law firm specializing in commercial litigation. Prior to joining Fordham, Ms.

Fagin was an employment and human resources consultant at Portnoy, Messinger & Pearl/Alan B. Pearl & Associates, where she provided legal advice to the firm`s clients, developed employment policies, conducted workplace investigations, and helped comply with legal and regulatory requirements. Prior to Portnoy, Messinger & Pearl, Ms. Fagin was in-house employment counsel for ISS International Service Systems, Inc. and a partner at Kauff, McGuire & Margolis. Prior to joining Stony Brook, Crosson was General Counsel and Vice President of Legal Affairs at Long Island University, where she successfully settled tax and environmental claims and negotiated the sale of an 82-acre campus. It has also launched an initiative to ensure compliance with more than 200 laws, including the Higher Education Opportunities Act, FERPA and the Clery Act. Previously, she was LIU`s Deputy Legal Counsel and Director of Government Relations at the university.
